H.E. President
of Civil Aviation Sheikh/ Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, on
behalf of the Director General and his deputies as well as all staff of the Directorate
General of Civil Aviation, extends cordial congratulations and blessings to His
Highness the Amir Sheikh/ Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God
protect him, on the occasion of success of the 41st Session of the Arabian
Gulf States’ Supreme Council and for signing Al-Ola declaration and the final statement
of the Gulf Summit, with efforts from the side of His Highness the Amir to
support the march of Gulf cooperation, which exemplifies pride and appreciation.
Pleading to Almighty God for continued success and acumen for his wise leadership,
recalling the benevolent efforts made by His Highness the late Amir Sheikh/ Sabah
Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God rest his soul, to reinforce unity of
the Gulf states.
