High-flying Kuwait International Airport can always count on the wise

expertise, the Legal Affairs Office is on call to advise all DGCA
departments on litigious matters large and small, acting as special
adviser to the top management of the DGCA. Headed by an experienced
aviation law specialist, the workload of the Legal Affairs Office is as
diverse as the justice system, dealing with all types of litigation,
bringing legal action on behalf of the DGCA or defending claims made
against it.
Primary duties include reviewing case files,
preparation of the claim or the defense, and gathering all supporting
documentation.
Reviews all contracts on behalf of the DGCA.
Also checked regularly, to ensure their performance comes up to the standards required by the DGCA.
