Impressive Success of the 2nd Kuwait Aviation
The 2nd Kuwait Aviation Show 2020 concluded its activities , which was held under the patronage of His Highness the Amir of the country Sheikh/ Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah - may God protect and preserve him - during the period from 15-18 January, and with the participation of governmental authorities, international organizations and global companies specialized in the civil and military aviation industry.
The rapporteur of the Higher Committee of Kuwait Aviation Show - Eng. Saad Mohammed Al-Otaibi, said that on this occasion, we extend our sincere thanks and great gratitude to His Highness, may God protect and preserve him for his generous patronage to this important event, which confirms His Highness's interest in supporting and developing the air-transport sector in the State of Kuwait.
In a press statement, Eng. Al-Otaibi added that the Show this year witnessed wide participation by the governmental authorities, international specialized companies and airline companies, where the participation percentage rose to 150% compared to the displaying companies in the show held in its 1st session, indicating that the visitors of the Show exceeded 60 Thousand visitors during four days.
Eng. Al-Otaibi praised the efforts of all government agencies represented in the Higher Committee, which was formed by a decision of the respectful Council of Ministers in April of last year, which is presided over by H.E. President of Civil Aviation Sheikh/ Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah and the membership of representatives from the ministries (Amiri Diwan - Interior - Defense - Health - Information - Kuwait Municipality - General Department of Customs – Fire General Department - Kuwait Oil Company - Investment Promotion Authority), pointing out that this governmental harmony has resulted in the success of the Show, which was evident through the feedback of the guests of the Show, whether from inside or outside Kuwait.
