State for Housing Affairs and Minister of State for Services Affairs Dr./ Abdullah
Abdul Samad Marafe reviewed the ongoing preparations undertaken by the Directorate
General of Civil Aviation to implement the latest decisions of the Council of
Ministers regarding reducing the number of passengers arriving to Kuwait
International Airport, and assigning the airline companies to conduct the “PCR”
test for all incoming passengers to the State of Kuwait.
The
meeting, which was attended by the H.E. President of Civil Aviation Sheikh/ Salman
Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, and the Director General Eng./ Yousef
Sulaiman Al-Fauzan, reviewed the requirements of the mechanism for
implementing standardization of the electronic platforms related to travel, in
addition to the mechanism for conducting the “PCR” test by the ground services
companies as well as the local laboratories approved by the Ministry the Health.
