Complaints and Arbitration Committee Holds its 2nd Meeting
The
Complaints and Arbitration Committee held its 2nd meeting to resolve financial
claims, complaints and violations submitted by passengers against market
persons, as the committee has imposed financial and administrative penalties on
a number of airline companies as well as tourism and travel offices, in
accordance with the provisions of the Executive Regulations.
Chairman of
the Committee Mr./ Abdullah Al-Rajehi stressed on continuing the sudden inspection
visits to monitor any violations and refer them to the Committee, with the aim to
increase the rate of general discipline towards all regulations and decisions respective
to organizing the air-transport market and to preserve the rights of all
passengers of Kuwait International Airport.
