H.E. President of Civil Aviation Honors Captain/ Abdulnaser Al-Mutairi

H.E. President of Civil Aviation Sheikh/ Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah received at his office the Director of Aviation Safety Department - Eng./ Duaij Al-Otaibi and the Controller of Inspection & Control Captain/ Abdulnaser Al-Mutairi, on the occasion of Captain Al-Mutairi’s attainment of the International Audit Certificate (USOAP) from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
